At Aulkyx, we are committed to protecting the integrity of our brand, supporting our retail partners, and ensuring fair competition in the marketplace. To achieve this, we have established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.

This policy is designed to maintain brand value, create a level playing field for authorized retailers, and ensure customers receive consistent value from our products.

1. Purpose of MAP Policy

  • To prevent price erosion and protect brand reputation.
  • To ensure all retailers compete fairly on service, selection, and customer experience, not just pricing.
  • To support long-term relationships with retailers who respect and promote the Aulkyx brand.

2. MAP Guidelines

  • Retailers may not advertise Aulkyx products at a price lower than the MAP established by us.
  • MAP applies to all advertisements, including but not limited to:
    • Online stores, marketplaces, and social media platforms.
    • Print ads, catalogs, and flyers.
    • Email marketing campaigns and paid ads.
  • MAP does not dictate the actual resale price. Retailers remain free to sell products at any price in physical transactions, provided that the advertised price is not below MAP.

3. Prohibited Advertising Practices

The following are violations of the MAP Policy:

  • Displaying a price lower than the MAP in any public medium.
  • Using phrases such as “lowest price,” “discounted price,” or “call for price” when the price is below MAP.
  • Applying automatic discounts in cart that bring the advertised price below MAP.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

Aulkyx actively monitors advertised prices across online and offline channels. If a violation is found:

  1. First Violation: Retailer will receive a written warning.
  2. Second Violation: Suspension of supply for a defined period.
  3. Third Violation: Termination of retailer’s authorization to sell Aulkyx products.

5. Exceptions

From time to time, Aulkyx may run promotions or sales where lower advertised prices are permitted. Such exceptions will be communicated in writing.

6. Policy Authority

This MAP Policy is unilateral and non-negotiable. Aulkyx reserves the sole right to interpret, modify, or terminate this policy at any time.
